Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman

Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman

Noughts and crosses are the story of Sephy and Callum who were deeply in love however
the only thing separating them is that Callum was a white lower-class Noughts citizen and Sephy was a black higher-class cross citizen. This story tells you about the struggle they were
facing because they are of different ethnicities, which unfortunately led them to live two different separates lives.
Malorie Blackman wrote this book and purposely did not specify which country it was in to show that Racism is all over the world.
Overall, in my opinion, I would give this book a 9.5/10 because It left me on urge to find out what was going to happen next. I would recommend this book for all aged 12 and up.
